When Michael Preysman asked me to sit in on a few meetings, I wasn't certain what to expect. I was unfamiliar with the brand and needed to learn as much as I could, considering the cult-like status they'd achieved in such a short time. The team was green in both sneaker development and eco-friendliness so we had a great time merging the two conversations with design and engineering that fit their brand. I learned a ton about ecommerce, startup strategy & investment and all-around teamwork.
